Decision making in international arbitration – why you will thrive

Over breakfast, Claire Morel de Westgaver, partner at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner in London (Claire Morel de Westgaver | Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (bclplaw.com)) will discuss decision making in international arbitration as counsel and as arbitrator. Claire will share her thoughts on how certain aspects of a practitioner’s background and personality may impact decision making in ways that one may not have expected before in terms of women empowerment, impact and quality. Her talk will be followed by an interactive discussion.
